The house comes with a provision for two-car garages and a service area. This is the most expensive of the 3 home models but you can still own it via a Pag-Ibig loan. The reservation fee for this home unit is P15, 000 and just 9% down payment of the TCP. Monthly amortization is as low as P17, 222 for 30 years.
